This hotel was beautifully designed and grand old with top-class staff on every request. The room seemed tastefully decorated, the bed was comfy. The venue had a central setting in a good central area to all the SF sightseeing areas. And it was also short walk to many restaurants and tourist attractions and the center of San Francisco and Chinatown and tram.

Paid usd 10 per 24 hours to access the net, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff are very very helpful and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is excellent, as the hotel is based very close to Union Square. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Zare that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in downtown San Francisco and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, situated in the financial district and away from the steep hills. It was also close to various shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was superb. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped gym for guests to use. it was a wonderful stay!

One minor drawback was the lack of explanation about additional charges for incidentals, which caught me by surprise.

Beds and pillows in my deluxe king room were comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and it had hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and bath robes for my convenience. The location of the hotel was prime - within easy walking distance of a people-watching plaza. The area was safe, a great place for me.
