Beds and pillows in my deluxe king room were comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and it had hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and bath robes for my convenience. The location of the hotel was prime - within easy walking distance of a people-watching plaza. The area was safe, a great place for me.

The room here was super clean and cozy, and we loved the thoughtful welcome gift. the beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the furniture was elegantly beautiful. 😊

The venue had a central setting in a good area close to all SF sightseeing spots. A short walk to many restaurants, tourist attractions, Chinatown, and the tram.

The staff are very very helpful and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is excellent, as the hotel is based very close to Union Square. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Zare that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in downtown San Francisco and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, situated in the financial district and away from the steep hills. It was also close to various shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was superb. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped gym for guests to use. it was a wonderful stay!

One minor drawback was the lack of explanation about additional charges for incidentals, which caught me by surprise.

Stayed for my birthday, got surprise champagne & cake. Singing doorman made us smile. Upgraded to huge corner suite for our anniversary. Walked to nearby cafe and appointments. Helpful and friendly staff, great positive energy. Complimentary morning beverage and close to nightlife. Good location, tram outside. Nice rooms, accommodating and helpful staff.

Everything was great during our 2-night stay at the Omni San Francisco. The hotel's stunning central location is right by San Francisco and the financial district, making it convenient to explore. We enjoyed relaxing by the lake, only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
